Collectively worth over a gazillion dollars, there be Dragons lurking in the dark corners of Twitter. In reverse shoe-size order:
Doug Richard
Can often be seen smiling in photos, but was never seen smiling on Dragons Den. He's on Twitter, has 2.3k followers and tweets about business, entrepreneurship, retweets stuff and even messages the odd person! Most messages sent via TweetDeck, the occasional one via API. I'm looking for the teeth-whitening links but can't see any.

Rachel Elnaugh
Heartlessly pulled from the show when her business was heartlessly bought by fellow Dragons. Never mind all that though, her CV is still 10 miles better than mine, and even has a dizzying, repeating Twitter background! 2.4k followers, tends to tweet more personal messages, and messages to other twitterers. All messages via Echofon.

Simon Wood
Was in Series 1. Eventually invested in a non existant field full of non existant truffles. I still don't know what a truffle is.
Not only can I not find him on Twitter, I can't even find his website. He's probably in that field trying to catch truffles.
Richard Farleigh
Walking Head & Shoulders advert Richard Farleigh (disappointly nothing to do with Rusks) has a website, a book, a position in the Business Review Weekly Rich 200 list, but sadly, no Twitter account.
Duncan Bannatyne
Half man, half grumpy, not only does Duncan Bannatyne have a twitter account, he seems to spend most his time on it! Checking his page now, all but one were messages to people. 61k followers too. Not to shabby! Neither is his Twitter background — ice white teeth, ice cool hair flick, and cool summer shirt after a hard day's negotiating. Smell that? That's money. What is amazing though, is he's apparently sent 8700 tweets, but still only messages from the Twitter web page?! I thought most people stopped that after the first 15 minutes.

Peter Jones
Often credited with bringing the TV to market, Peter Jones is also well known as being the tallest ex-tennis coach from Maidenhead. He's on Twitter, and uses it - few personal tweets, few messages to people. 41k followers, and most messages from Echofon.

Deborah Meaden
Few accounts with her name. None with messages.
Theo Paphitis
Often found loitering in womens lingerie shops and stationary warehouses, Theo Paphitis tried Twitter for a day and a half. There are still 1500 people waiting for his next message 6 months on!

James Caan
By the time he was 4 he'd made his first deal. By 9, first corporate take over. Today, he owns half of Asia and is said to be building his own planet. He's on Twitter, talking about business and the economy. 10.7k followers. Uses TweetDeck - that makes him alright in my book.
